Jiaozuo Railway Cable Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jiaozuo Railway Cable Works, is located in the beautiful downtown area of Jiaozuo City. It was founded in 1969 and built up along with the construction of the Jiaozuo-Zhicheng railway, the 2nd north-south railway in China. Through forty years of development, the Works have become a professional wire and cable manufacturer, integrating design, development and manufacture of cable and Dedicated Passenger Line composite earthing system serial products. The Works occupy an area of 119,000 square meters, possess fixed assets worth RMB 153.00 million and is staffed

with more than eight hundred and ninety employees. Now the Works has become an affiliate of the China Railway Communication Signal Group Company. Technical Development & Research Center of the Company is entitled as province level technical center and cable engineering technical center for rail transit of Jiaozuo City.

Since its establishment, the Works has carried out seven large-scale technical innovations and introduced world-class cable manufacturing and testing equipment from Finland, Switzerland, France, Japan and Austria. Currently, the Works has more than 500 sets of advanced manufacturing equipments creating production capacity for four series of products with ten thousand specifications of railway signal cables ranging from signal, electric power, communication, and radio frequency leakage coaxial cables. Total annual production capacity reaches nearly 100,000 kilometers.
